We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Technician to support day-to-day operations across our production facility. This role is responsible for operating key production machinery—primarily stranders, sifters, dryers, and pilot line systems. Technicians are expected to flex between different equipment stations as needed and maintain a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and procedure adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment including stranders, dryers, sifters, and the pilot line.

Facilities Custodian

The Facilities Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment across all office spaces, restrooms, and shop areas. This role plays a critical part in the day-to-day appearance and hygiene of our facility, ensuring all employees and visitors experience a consistently well-kept workplace.

Responsibilities

Daily Tasks

  • Empty and replace trash receptacles throughout the facility, including offices, breakrooms, and common areas
  • Clean and sanitize all restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
  • Wipe down breakroom surfaces, tables, countertops, and exterior of appliances (microwave, refrigerator, coffee station, etc.)
  • Spot-clean interior of microwave and address any spills inside the refrigerator as needed
  • Restock all restroom and breakroom consumables, including hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
  • Sweep and spot-clean high-traffic areas as needed

Weekly Tasks (Off-Hours Shift)

  • Vacuum all designated office areas and workspaces (performed during off-hours to avoid disrupting staff)

This is a full-time position working a split-shift schedule designed around business operations (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Standard Shift (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday): Approximately 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, allowing daily cleaning tasks to begin while staff are present and continue after hours for uninterrupted office cleaning.

Deep Clean Shift (Saturday) Bi-Weekly: Early morning or alternate off-hours shift to perform Vacumming, mopping, and other tasks that require the building to be unoccupied.

Director of Finance

We are looking for a Director of Finance to own financial planning, budgeting, and business partnering across Plantd. You will be the senior-most finance leader below the executive team, responsible for turning strategic plans into rigorous financial models and giving department leaders the tools and discipline to execute against them.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. You will build the budgeting process, partner directly with engineering, ops, BD, agriculture, and HR leadership, and shape the financial narrative for our board and investors. You will work directly with the CEO and have visibility into every major decision Plantd makes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the annual operating budget, bottoms-up, by department, with clear accountability
  • Maintain rolling forecasts: 13-week cash, 12-month P&L, and 3-year strategic model
  • Drive monthly budget vs actual reviews with department heads and executive leadership
  • Build unit economics models including cost per panel, gross margin by product and customer, and contribution analysis
  • Lead capex planning and ROI analysis for production equipment, facility expansion, and harvest scaling
  • Partner with leaders across the company on headcount planning, hiring ROI, and resource allocation
  • Run scenario modeling for production ramp, yield variability, pricing, and capital deployment
  • Own board financial materials, KPI dashboards, and investor reporting
